Shipping Policy

When will my order ship? 

After you order, you can expect to receive an order confirmation email. United States Postal Office (USPS) Please understand we are a small business so we will ship orders every Saturday morning. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information! 

Disclaimer Policy 

Applies to all products marketed and sold by JuicyXPalace LLC. 

Always test a small area before using our product for the first time. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use and seek medical attention. 

Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products and product information are not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition. If pregnant or nursing, or are concerned about a particular health condition, please consult your physician before using products containing essential oils. 

You (the consumer) agree to hold harmless, JuicyXPalace LLC (all affiliates, owners, or partners) from and/or against all loss, claims, demands, actions, cause of actions, liabilities, damages, fines, expenses, costs, and third party actions or costs arising out of, resulting from, or in any way, connect with (whole or in part) any adverse reactions rom any one or collection of our products. 

Customer acknowledges and agrees to the disclaimer as part of their purchase. 

Refund Policy 

Replace Items 

If an item arrives damaged due to the fault of JuicyXPalace LLC, please let us know within seven days, and we will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package IS required. 

Returns 

All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf of JuicyXPalace LLC. 

No returns will be provided or discounts due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returned products. 

If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution. 

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fill that will be charged in order for us to reship your order. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service 1-800-275-8777. 

Juicyxpalace LLC does not hold responsibility for packages that are not delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. 

Please keep in mind, we are a small business. All items are handcrafted. Please allow time for your item to be made with love and packaged carefully to dispatched.
